No documentation found to 100% prove that, but everything about the little car supports that theory.
Cosmetically this is a gorgeous automobile. The body is very clean and straight with nothing objectionable anywhere around the car. There are no rips, tears, scuffs, or stains to the seats or carpet of the interior, and all of the dash, door panels, and console are complete and intact. The car is very clean inside. It has matching Michelin tires on the ground around good original wheels that are in great shape.
Mechanically this is a perfect used car. It is 100% turn key ready and up for any roadtrip. We have put just under 500 miles on the car and it has performed flawlessly every one of those miles. It has always started on the very first effort and has done any and everything that has been tasked to it. It starts, idles, shifts smoothly through all 4-speeds and into reverse, steers, brakes, runs, and drives down the highway just like it did in 1978.
