This is a 2007 Double Tree RV Select Suites 31RL3 Gorgeous 5th wheel with 3 full slideouts. It is a ONE OWNER, NON SMOKER, NO PETS, nearly perfect camper inside and out with no visible flaws noticable. The people that bought this RV brand new are getting older and don't use the 5th wheel enough to justify storage/insurance. They are extremely methodical and have taken phenomenal care of this unit.
The exterior is in excellent shape and does not have the sunbaked look that 90% of ten year old campers get from being out in the elements.
The interior is in like new condition, with no visible wear anywhere that we could see in our assessment and picturing of the camper. Again it has never been smoked in or abused and it absolutely shows. The cabinetry and flooring are all premium as it is with most of the units that Double Tree RV built. Everything inside is clean and fresh and 100% ready for its new owner.
